How do I know my order was received?
You will be notified by email as soon as we receive your order. If you have any questions you can call 877-231-1446 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What methods of payment are available for online shopping?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and GSCI Cookie Dough and Nutty Bucks.
If you are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date. Also check that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Using Cookie Dough and Nutty Bucks for Payment
Please type the Cookie Dough or Nutty Buck card number printed on the back of the card (beginning 605011) in the gift card box which is below the shipping method selection as you check out. Numbers that you might find on a label affixed to the card identify the Service Area, Troop etc. and are not required for purchase.
Cookie Dough and Nutty Bucks have specific expiration dates printed on the face of the card. Transactions made with Cookie Dough or Nutty Bucks after the expiration date will not be honored. Transactions made with a credit card and either Expired Cookie Dough or Expired Nutty Bucks will be charged to the credit card in full. Transactions made with a credit card and either Cookie Dough or Nutty Bucks that have insufficient funds will be charged to the credit card.
Cookie Dough and Nutty Bucks are redeemable at Girl Scouts of Central Illinois Service Centers and Trefoil Boutiques and on this webstore.
When will my order arrive?
We will make every effort to ship in-stock items to you within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order. However, during the month of September when Cookie Dough orders are at their greatest, orders may take 12 to 15 business days to ship. Complete orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
How long will it take to receive back-ordered item(s)?
We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks. If your item is no longer available but was inadvertantly sold on the website, we do apologize and we will issue a refund to you as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay additional shippping costs for a back-ordered item?
We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.
What shipping carriers does the Girl Scout shop use?
The carrier we use is the US Postal Service (USPS).
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated as shown in the table below.

From time to time, Girl Scouts of the USA may offer specials on their online store. As a seperate entity, Girl Scouts of Central Illinois is not included in these special web sales, promotions or free-shipping offers that customers may find available on the Girl Scouts of the USA webstore.

RETURN POLICY and REFUNDS
All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging. Goods listed in our Clearance section are not returnable. With receipt, and within 90 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Beyond 90 days, items returned with receipt can be exchanged or we will issue a store credit.
If you are returning the item by mail, for your protection we recommend you insure the package. Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Always include a copy of your receipt with a notation indicating:
The exact nature of the problem
The corrective action you are requesting (refund or exchange)
Your daytime telephone and/or fax number
If you do not have your receipt, please indicate the order number (if available) and the name and address of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.
